We offer a full array of construction management, inspection and support services. Our clients include government and private agencies, as well as commercial and industrial institutions. 

We assume a proactive approach to actively anticipate potential problems and develop solutions before the program is adversely impacted, which provide the owner the ability to maintain schedule, cost and quality.

Professional Staff: Experienced engineers, cost specialists, inspectors and technicians provide construction support services for highways, bridges, utilities and transit facilities, commercial and industrial buildings, environmental projects and other public works projects. In the field, our support teams reporting to job sites are equipped with state-of-the-art surveying, inspection and testing instruments along with the necessary understanding of project needs and regulatory requirements.

Accurate and Timely Documentation: Our project managers and office engineers utilize computerized documentation systems to accurately record meeting minutes, proposed changes, shop drawing logs, daily reports, quantities and non-conformance items, as documentation is critical for a well-organized project and for claims avoidance and defense. 

Schedule Expertise: Utilizing the scheduling software most appropriate for the project, our project managers analyze the contractor's CPM in accordance with the contract documents, evaluate the logic and compliance with critical milestones and evaluate the adequacy of the contractor's resources. The approved CPM is then utilized to review the schedule of values and to assess construction status.

Estimating Specialists: Cost control starts at the concept phase when the owner's budget is reviewed to determine its compatibility with the scope and schedule. During the design phase, our estimators produce independent estimates using computerized estimating systems, and verify the A/E's compliance with the original program. Change orders proposed during construction phase are analyzed and comparative estimates are prepared.

  • Anggana Danamon Project - Jakarta (year 1994 - 1996);  A Twin Office Building of 32 story, period with 3 levels of basement; Owner: Danamon Land - Jakarta

  • Tomang Flyover (West Side Extension) Project, Jakarta (year 1995 - 1998); A Prestressed - Cast in place - Concrete Bridge (2 lanes) consisting of 5 spans, totaling 222.25 m in length, erected on precast concrete driven piles, this project is financed by Mulia Inti Pelangi - Jakarta; Owner: The Public Work Section of Jakarta Municipality

  • Citraland Liang Court Project, Jakarta (year 1994 - 1996); A Twin Tower Apartment of 24 story, provided with 2 levels of basement; Owner: Ciputra Adigraha Jakarta

  • West Lampung Emergency Reconstruction Project - Sumatera (year 1995 - 1997); Consisting of a multidiscipline project construction supervision: 63 units of Elementary Schools, 6 units of Primary High Schools, 2 units of Secondary High Schools, 1 unit of Traditional Market,1 unit of Bus Station/Terminal, 17 units of Health Centres and Sub Health Centres, 140 m of Prestressed Concrete Bridges, 55 km of Provincial Roads; This project is partially financed by the Asian Development Bank (ADB); Owner : The Government of Lampung Province.

  • Dukuh Atas Underpass, Jakarta (year 1993 - 1994);  A double cells Precast RC Vehicular Box, pushed in place by a system of Hydraulic Jacks; The Underpass is located underneath the ever crowded exising arterial road. The work; includes construction of ramps, sumpit plus submersible pumps installation, lighting system & landscape; This project is financed by a consortium of companies namely Landmark, Indocement Tunggal Perkasa & Yayasan Dapenso BNI 1946; Owner: The Public Work Section of Jakarta Municipality

  • Padalarang - Cileunyi Toll Highway Project, West Java (year 1987 - 1992); The first long distanced Rigid Paved Toll Highway constructed in Indonesia; Divided into 2 construction section, financed partially under the loan of Saudi Fund For Development (SFD) and Kuwait Fund for Arab Economic Development (KFAED); The physical project feature is as follows: 35.6 km four lanes of Main Highways (rigid pavement),16.7 km four lanes of Connections and Access Roads (rigid pavement), 31.2 km double lanes of Frontage and Local Roads (flexible pavement), 7 numbers of Road Interchanges & 25 numbers of Precast RC - Pedestrian Bridges; 22 numbers of Precast RC - Road Under/Overpass; 109 numbers of Cast in Place RC Vehicular/Waterways/Pedestrian Boxes; 470 numbers of Precast RC Pipe Culvert Systems; 9 numbers of Toll Plazas
