We will only collect information from third parties if your application progresses with us.

• nominated referees

• police and other law enforcement agencies.

In each case, Wiratman treats personal information in accordance with the relevant privacy and data protection laws in the country in which we are operating.

Accuracy of Personal Information

We will take reasonable steps to ensure the personal information that we store is accurate, complete and up-to-date. 

At any time you may request that your personal information be corrected or supplemented if you believe it to be inaccurate or misleading. If we agree, the change will be made. If we disagree, we will advise you and include a notation on the record that you dispute the information’s accuracy.
