BIM (Building Information Modeling)

Wiratman actively applies Building Information Modelling (BIM) as part of an integrated and collaborative design process. With the capability of providing detailed drawings based on Level of Development (LOD) standards, such as LOD 300 for structural and MEP and LOD 350 for architecture, Wiratman uses BIM for visualization and coordination across disciplines.
Applying BIM is crucial in complex projects, especially in a design and build scheme. One of our most notable implementations was in the BIN and POLRI multi-tower apartment projects in the new capital city (IKN). BIM accelerated design validation, minimized element clashes, and streamlined construction through precise documentation and centralized information. Our BIM implementation helped the project receive accolades from the Ministry of Public Works for projects within IKN.
BIM enhances efficiency, reduces on-site errors, and ensures outcomes that meet the quality and schedule of Wiratman projects. This approach reflects the company’s commitment to innovation, technical precision, and integrated project delivery.
